More uniting!

Just found this today but apparently the Japanese are planning on sending a thousand troops to Iraq. This will apparently be the first time Japanese troops have been sent to foreign soil since World War II. While the bill authorizing the deployment is expected to pass it has produced some opposition in the Japanese legislature.
